Did you know that the paper you choose for your packaging is important? Did you realize that the opacity of that paper will matter more than the color if you're wrapping that paper onto a darker substrate?
Most packaging is made up of layers of materials that impact each other's color but few designers consider. If you choose a less opaque paper and wrap it on a darker board the color of the paper gets darker as does any other color you point on top. Regardless of what your PMS color is.
