Founder

Karim Nammouz is a packaging engineer, sustainability strategist, and the founder of QuantiPackAI, an AI-powered packaging intelligence platform.

Karim currently leads global packaging optimization and single-use plastic reduction initiatives at lululemon, working across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to redesign packaging systems at scale. His work focuses on aligning packaging design with real-world fulfillment constraints—automation, carrier pricing, labor efficiency, and material reduction—while maintaining product protection and brand standards.

After seeing firsthand how often packaging decisions are made without the right data or tools, Karim founded QuantiPackAI to close that gap. The platform uses historical packaging data, AI-driven analysis, and simulation-based insights to help brands forecast packaging demand, optimize carton and mailer allocation, generate packaging specifications, and evaluate sustainability tradeoffs before changes are implemented.

Karim studied Packaging Science at Clemson University and has built his career around translating complex packaging challenges into clear, actionable business cases. He’s especially passionate about reframing sustainability as an operational advantage—showing that smarter packaging can reduce waste, improve efficiency, and strengthen the bottom line at the same time.

Through QuantiPackAI, Karim’s mission is to make packaging intelligence more accessible, so teams can move faster, make better decisions, and scale sustainable packaging with confidence.
